You can sit in a string of hot tin boxes, each yelling at the unhearing silhouette in the box in front of you, or you can zoom along, firing up those muscles like you're meant to do. If there was ever a mantra to live by, that's certainly it: "Bike More, Stress Less." You know it works, because your weight is better, your energy is up, and you don't feel married to Netflix when you get home -- you actually have the stamina to think about real relationships. Yep, sitting will be the death of us, so let's use those legs of ours to lift our bums off the cushion, carry us out and balance us atop those pedals. It's time to live a little!
